About Us
Thayiya Madilu is a non-profit charity trust since 2017, created for the upliftment of the underprivileged.
We are a group of people tirelessly working towards a common goal. Our team comprises volunteers who work in various fields and disciplines such as Teachers, Engineers, Students, Fitness Professionals, Interior Designers, etc. Our team is no stranger to the challenges of life and the harsh reality associated with them be it mental or financial. We were taught to give when our palms were full, and so, here we are trying to make a difference in the lives of people who need it the most when they have difficulty managing their lives. We help with whatever best we can develop an interface aimed at providing substantive support irrespective of caste & creed.
How we operate
We noticed that although individually we were capable of helping others, it wasn’t as effective as we would have wanted it to be. Thus we came up with a system to pool our resources and energy to overcome this obstacle. The team meets at a common area, partitions our resources, and segregates our manpower into groups. Members of these groups will then be allotted an area that they cover. This is done in order to have maximum reach and to be as efficient as possible. This has made the laborious task of distribution easy and manageable with precise execution. Division of various tasks for any activity carried out by the team also gives us better control and supervision and keeps improvising and innovating our methodology.
Our Vision
The consequences of poverty are manifold and it impacts families throughout generations. A timely intervention at the right moment, such as educating one generation or providing livelihood to increase income can thus help families and enable them to break the cycle of generational poverty and lead a successful, secure, and stable life for all future generations without any dependency.
Our Mission
We work on projects like feeding the Homeless, Health care, Education, Sports, Relief work during disasters, and also helping stray animals for their re-location and feeding. We do this through a well-planned schedule that is set up for each individual project. Our overall goal is to help backward communities improve not just their quality of life but also improve their standard of living.

Transparency
"Transparency is of utmost importance to us that we are transparent in everything we do. We have a firm belief that our NGO will operate with the generous contributions that many kind souls provide to us... Our credo lies in our team to lend a helping hand when the occasion arises.
DUE DILIGENCE FOR TRANSPARENCY - Our methodology is as follows: -
1. Bills for your contribution: We will be sending you a soft copy of the bills with our PAN & registration number by mail or WhatsApp.
2. Bill of purchase: We will also be sending a soft copy of the bills on how we allocated and spent the funds for each event.
3. Photo & Videos of work: Any projects that we do will be posted on social media. We firmly believe that this will aid our motive of being transparent. (a) A clear description and the names of the contributors will be mentioned unless he /she wishes to keep their identity anonymous. (b) We do not mention the amount of your contribution because we believe it’s the thought that counts and not the size of the contribution and so we don’t discriminate between anyone who contributes to a noble cause.
4. THAYIYA MADILU OPERATES ON THE PRINCIPLE THAT NO MEMBER WILL RECEIVE ANY FORM OF SHARE OR PROFIT FROM THE ENTITY. THE RESOURCES ARE PURELY USED FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE AND NO MEMBER OF THE ORGANISATION SHALL BENEFIT FROM THEM.
We also do this in gratitude for the people who have entrusted us with the resources to carry out the work that we do."
